Mr. Eliadis is an international security expert with over two decades in related experience. He has deployed in a multitude of continents. He is a tested and proven leader, highly skilled in developing focused teams, and offering creative and visionary insights. Mr. Eliadis has been extremely successful with vast experience from the small unit level all the way through leading multinational coalitions. An energetic leader that can distill a problem to its core parts and work toward the correct solution. He understands and implements holistic community involvement as a solution to challenges.
Mr. Eliadis has supervised a variety of sensitive tasks which include integrating foreign governments operations in a manner to support United States security interests. Focus Coordination, Critical Incident Management and Response and Special Event Protection, as well as, a variety of Tactical Command Operations are a just a sample of the tasks he has led to promote global sustainability. Additionally, Mr. Eliadis has led teams and Special Mission Task Forces in counter terrorism, low signature operations, and projects to organize, assist and train the security forces of foreign governments; and to further USG policies around the world to protect our nation.
VP Operation & Tactics
Mike began his career with the United States Marine Corps, where he served for four years. During his military tenure, Mike took part of the Desert Storm Conflict before earning his honorable discharge. After leaving the military, Mike entered into a very successful career in law enforcement. He served in a large metropolitan police department within the Washington DC area, for over two decades before retiring in a supervisory rank.
Lead Training Coordinator
CJ Taylor is decorated seasoned law enforcement professional with over 15 years’ experience in both military and national crime prevention. Currently, CJ is a lead tactics instructor within the Department of Homeland Security. He started his career within the infantry of the United States Marine Corps. While serving in the Marines, CJ focused his expertise with Close Quarter Tactics as a team leader for a quick reaction force within the Fleet Anti-Terrorism Team.
Dr. Jack Leeb, a police psychologist with more than 25 years of experience working with law enforcement and other public safety agencies. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Examiners and the American Board of Psychological Specialties and is a certified as a law enforcement instructor by the Maryland Public Safety Training Commission. Dr. Leeb’s background as a psychologist includes psychological assessment, training, and consultation with Federal agencies, numerous state, county, and local police departments in Maryland, New York, and New Jersey, and the United Nations.
Counter Terrorism Junior Analyst
Casey Wade is a current postgraduate student and Research Intern at the University of St. Andrews obtaining an MLitt in Peace and Conflict Studies with a focus on International Terrorism. Her most current research focuses on the Colombian terrorist organization FARC as well as the implications of systematic wartime sexual violence in connection to genocide. Casey’s other research has focused on terrorist tactics implemented by Boko Haram, the effects of nationalism on collective identity, the use of hybridization in post-ethnic conflict societies, and human trafficking between Myanmar and Thailand.
Senior International Consultant
Nurruddin Noori (Rudy) area of expertise centers on international security affairs, specifically international terrorism and strategic intelligence. His specialization includes Middle Eastern security and strategic studies. Nurruddin has comprehensive experience with various international governments with a focus on cultural infusion. He is Intelligence Consulting Partner’s Senior International Consultant. He is an expert in intelligence and combative operations and an authority in anti-insurgency tactics.
Allie Kowalski has nearly one decade of law enforcement experience and has an extensive background in the areas of Crisis Intervention, Special Assignment Team, targeting the most violent offenders, and Patrol. She is a decorated officer with several awards and distinctions from her own department, as well as, other entities.
Donald E. Healy was a career police professional who retired in November 2002 after 29 years of service with the Baltimore Police Department. He started his career serving in uniform patrol, both as an officer and as a first-line supervisor. He volunteered for the Tactical Quick Response Team and served as a Team Leader/Sergeant and later as a state certified firearms and swat instructor.
Darryl Griffen retired in 2007 from the Senior Executive Service as the Chief Patrol Agent of the San Diego Sector Border Patrol with over 25 years of federal law enforcement experience, including senior executive leadership, management, and supervisory tenure at the local, regional and national level.
