Protect Your Houses Of Worship
In 2016 there were 385 active shooter incidents in the United States alone, roughly 10 percent of Active threats take place at faith-based organizations.
From 1999 to 2015 there have been 971 deadly force incidents in churches or faith-based operations. 576 of those incidents included firearms.
Active threat events can have crippling effects on the community in which they occur. Youth With A Mission, New Life Church in Colorado and the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston is now synonymous with active shooter attacks. These incidents along with the tragic events that occurred on Palm Sunday in Egypt, 2017, will overshadow the resilience of these communities for years to come.
